Size & Fit

The Gildan 5000 has a traditional unisex fit with a straight body and a little more room than a fitted fashion tee.

• Order your usual size for a classic, relaxed fit.
• Size up for a looser or oversized fit.
• If you are between sizes, compare these measurements with a shirt you already own and like.

Lay your shirt flat. Measure the width straight across the chest about 1 inch below the armholes. Measure the length from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem.

Chest width is measured across the front of the garment while laid flat—not around the body. Double the chest-width measurement for the approximate full circumference.

Garment measurements may vary by up to approximately 1 inch. Wash cold and tumble dry low to help preserve the fit and printed artwork. Garment colors and print placement may vary slightly from screen to finished product.

Each shirt is printed to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Standard delivery within the contiguous United States typically takes an additional 2–5 business days. Most US orders should arrive approximately 4–12 business days after the order is placed.

Tracking information will be emailed as soon as your order ships. Production and delivery times are estimates and may take longer during holidays, severe weather, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Returns & Order Issues

Every shirt is printed to order, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for an incorrectly selected size or color or for a change of mind. Please review the size chart before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once approved, we’ll provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
